Delivery Schedule for Orders:

  • Ordered Monday-Thursday before 2:30 PM:
    • Dispatched: Same day
    • Delivered: Next working day
  • Ordered Friday before 2:30 PM:
    • Dispatched: Same day
    • Delivered: Monday (Saturday delivery available upon request with an additional cost)
  • Ordered Monday-Wednesday after 2:30 PM:
    • Dispatched: Next working day
    • Delivered: The following working day
  • Ordered Friday after 5 PM, Saturday, and Sunday:
    • Dispatched: Monday
    • Delivered: Tuesday

USA DELIVERIES: – Our USA orders are shipped with DHL Local and will need a signature upon delivery, although there may be times when other delivery companies will be used.

There are no special timed deliveries for your order if you are in Canada or UK.

There could also be some delay from the delivery partner once in a while and we shall not be held responsible for this and therefore can not refund your delivery. – We do not take responsibility for any issues that may arise from DHL.

All orders left outside an address or stolen from an address will trigger an investigation with DHL. Regrettably, we do not exchange or offer any refund on any of these orders if a success investigation is not the case. – Yes we do try our best to deliver your parcel the next day, there could be some instances where it will take a little longer due to some circumstances like end of the year or the holidays for instance.

Any order returned to us due to a missed delivery will attract an extra delivery cost to resend the order to you. – PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS DPD ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER IN A SAFE SPACE OR WITH A NEIGHBOUR.

It is important to note that Ask aesthetics supplies is not liable for any loss in income resulting from late or non-delivery.

Delivery Protection Guarantee :

We give you assurance for your consignments, For a minimal amount, we ensure your parcel receives our best protection when it is in transit from the time you order with our pharmacy to the time it is delivered to you.

The fee is set at $15 for every order.

How does it work?

If you use our new Delivery Protection guarantee and if your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed (meaning the cold chain is broken), Best Life Meds Ltd will replace the parcel as soon as possible so that there will be no further delay that could affect you.

What if I decided not to take out the cover?

If the client is unable or does not wish to take out Delivery Protection cover, the customer will need to raise an investigation through DHL. This may take a few weeks, and even then, the customer is not assured a full refund as DHL will only compensate for lost parcels up to $100.

Best Life Meds also suggests that customers order the additional cover to ensure that their parcels are protected every time you order from us.
